South County Outreach

Homeless and Hunger Prevention
South County Outreach provides housing programs and professional case management services to Orange County people who are homeless or on the verge of being homeless. The goal is to break the cycle of poverty and get clients back on the road to self-sufficiency.

The agency also provides emergency food to people in crisis and facing hardships, distributing 800,000 pounds of nonperishable and fresh provisions each year to nearly 9,000 people.

The computer learning lab teaches more than 400 students annually who are unemployed and underemployed, helping them improve their skills and increase job opportunities.
